On May 2nd 2012, Oceania Cruises Riveria left the Finacantieri  Sestri Ponente shipyard in Genoa. The ship is an almost identical sister to the Marina which was delivered about 2 years ago.

 Riviera will be christened by godmother Cat Cora in Barcelona on May 11.

The Riviera's maiden 10-day voyage is set for May 16, from Venice to Athens on a Pearls of the Aegean Cruise.
